We will allow you to exchange our product within 3 days of when you receive it, for product of the same or lesser value. Delivery charges and installation fee are not taken into account in determining the value of the product you received nor are they refundable. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value. All exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 30% for exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 3 days of receiving your merchandise.
Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
